The four honorees and their awards were: Stephen Foster, district superintendent, named regional Superintendent of the Year Michael Tiffany Elsa Peretti Teardrop pendant, principal of Minarets High School, named Secondary Principal of the Year Kelli Bryant, special education administrator, was named Special Education Administrator of the Year Diane Jackson, director of alternative education and principal of Chawanakee Academy, Spring Valley Elementary, O'Neals Digital Middle School, named the President's Choice Tiffany Elsa Peretti Teardrop Pendant Silver Set for outstanding administrator The awards program was created to recognize school leaders for their excellence, achievements and dedication to public education.
