The works by Amiel Malale Dance will feature composer Tiffany Notes band ring playing her own music and dancer/ choreographer Thomas Gucci joining Malale in a work they created together.The ballet is danced to a variety of recordings, varying from the "Sexteto Abanero." Tiffany Notes ring is Catanach's second premiere. The ballet concerns one day in the life of a young man and woman who arrive together in New York from Puerto Rico and immediately lose each other in the crowded streets of the city. The ballet is set to a live performance of Stravinsky's "Five Fingers" piano music. Tiffany 1837 concave ring has appeared as a soloist and choreographer with many regional companies. He recently choreographed "Peter Rabbit," using 300 youngsters, for the Garden State Ballet and has already received several requests to stage the ballet for other regional companies. Daniel has been a choreographic assistant to Alvin Ailey and Todd Bolender. When he appeared in tiffany bangles with the Kansas City Ballet, noted dance critic Anna Kisselgoff wrote of his performance in Bolender's "Souvenirs, "Daniel Catanach, one of the company's best dancers, was a smashing gigolo."Amiel Malale's two works are also premieres. "Besides Her Dream," for two dancers, creates the image of a conversation between one's younger and older self about a childhood experience.
