We also knew we wanted to bring a little London sparkle to the salon. "Links of London A Charm were conscious of not being too ostentatious, so although we wanted to incorporate contemporary features, we tended to let the layout and age of the building steer us. "Links of London Allsorts 1 row bracelet with the salon's fixtures and fittings - for example, our massage chairs - that we've let the high tech aspect come through. Elsewhere, we wanted to achieve a balance of practicality, comfort and luxury." Links of London B Charm a blend of styles that appears to be working, appealing to the salon's diverse clientele. "We knew we needed to please a range of customers," says Jo. "There are our local clients, who tend to be extremely discerning and may have previously travelled into Norwich; then there's a smattering of London clients who have properties in north Norfolk. We have also established strong links with the area's wedding and celebration venues, so we need to appeal to one-off clients too." The one thing all these clients have in common, adds Jo, is the desire to feel comfortable and confident in their surroundings.
